Rehab Services

We are pleased to announce that we have short-term rehab beds offering post-operative care and short-term physical, occupational and speech therapy to anyone referred by a hospital or doctor. When you are planning a joint replacement, sustain a fracture that requires hospitalization, are recuperating from illness, or are in need of memory care, we hope that you will reach out to your physician for a referral to BallouLife Communities, or you may call us directly to access our care. Rehabilitation at BallouLife will allow you to recover and, in most cases, return home.

 

CareLink’s Innovations Rehab Team

Ballou’s rehab services are provided in collaboration with CareLink’s Innovations Rehab Team.
Innovations Rehab is staffed with experienced physical and occupational therapists, as well as speech-language pathologists, who offer full-service skilled nursing rehabilitation, wellness and exercise programs, massage therapy, outpatient therapy, and a variety of educational programs that include Restorative Aide training and certification. With a commitment to quality, our clinicians are dedicated to their respective fields of practice. The Innovations Rehab team works collaboratively with its partner agencies to build therapeutic relationships that embrace a healing process of compassion, patience, and empowerment.

What is Occupational Therapy?

Speech Language Pathologists (Speech Therapists) specialize in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders (speech disorders and language disorders), cognitive-communication disorders, voice disorders, and swallowing disorders.
